Information we collect

We may collect information you provide through contact forms, quote requests, dealer applications, or direct communications, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, project details, and other information you choose to submit.

When you request an installer through our installer network, we collect:

  • Your name, company, email, mobile number and site address.
  • Details about the door or gate, including photos you upload.
  • Property type, your role and your timeline.

We also collect information automatically:

  • Pages viewed and campaign tags.
  • Ad click identifiers from Meta and TikTok.
  • Browser and device information.
  • Cookies and pixels from Meta and TikTok.

Visit counts and analytics

We count visits to this website and our request forms in two ways. Neither uses cookies.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our hosting company, shows us page views, referring websites, countries and device types as totals.
  • When you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags, for example from one of our ads or social posts, we add one to a daily total for that campaign and page. When you submit one of our forms, we add one to a daily total for that form. These totals never include your name, contact details, IP address or any other identifier. So we don't count the same visit twice, your browser keeps a temporary note in that tab, which is deleted when you close it. We keep these daily totals for up to 24 months.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review quote requests, evaluate dealer or installer applications, provide relevant follow-up, and improve our business communications and website experience.

For installer requests, we use it:

  • To confirm your request and match you with one installer in our network.
  • To track the status of your request.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, support business operations, or comply with legal obligations.

For installer requests, we share it with:

  • The independent installer we match you with (or one replacement installer if the first does not respond within 24 hours), who receives your contact details, project details and photos.
  • Service providers that run our forms, storage and email (Google).
  • Meta and TikTok, for ad measurement. With every request we send them ad click identifiers, browser information and a scrambled (hashed) version of your request number so they can count results. If you check the consent box, we also send your email, phone number and general location (ZIP code and state) in hashed form. We never send your name or street address.

Calls and texts

We call or text you about your request only if you check the consent box, and consent is not a condition of service. If you don't check it, we contact you by email only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to ask how it is used. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Meta and TikTok ad preferences.

Retention

We keep request records as long as needed to run the program and meet legal obligations.

Children

This website and the installer network are for property and business decision makers and are not directed to children.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
