The SEA USA Super Compact 3000 is a fully hydraulic, in-ground swing gate operator rated to 3,000 lbs on a 20-foot leaf, with nothing visible above grade. No operator from LiftMaster, FAAC, or any major brand covers this weight class in-ground.

    The capacity gap

    Every major brand stops short of the estate gate.

    Above-ground arm operators cap out well below what a true estate gate demands. Past a certain length or weight, installers either turn the job down or compromise the entrance with visible hardware, on the one part of the property that's supposed to make an impression.

    The Super Compact 3000 was engineered for exactly the jobs the standard catalog can't reach: 20-foot leaves, 3,000-lb gates, fully concealed below grade.
